There is no magic bullet in sales, but when we implemented optimized messaging and positioning embracing transparency, ALL OF THE ABOVE HAPPENED.
I can’t believe how this has all taken off. I originally figured I’d write the book, my friends would congratulate me, and three months later I’d be running a revenue organization again.
The opposite has happened. It won three awards. It’s still selling like crazy. And, it’s currently listed by Book Authority as one of the best sales books of all time!
Like a lunatic, I wrote a second book, The Transparent Sales Leader.
I now speak and teach on the power of transparency – for good, not evil. Applied to not only your messaging and positioning, but the most popular thing I teach is transparent negotiations. I also do workshops taking the concepts from the new book to leadership teams – the structure of leadership, optimized by science, with an entire section on the science of intrinsic inspiration.
